Meadowview Cottage

Ideal for a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Meadow View Cottage features a comfortable, homely bedroom that sleeps two in a plush king-size bed. This room also features a vanity unit and adequate storage space for your belongings.

Wander down the quirky staircase to find a wonderfully spacious sitting room, complete with a cosy sofa and beautiful inglenook fireplace. This leads through to a country-style kitchen and dining room, and beyond that your bathroom with a very spacious rainfall shower and luxury toiletries.

Throughout the cottage you’ll find 500-year-old exposed oak beams, which provide a magical, otherworldly feel to the cottage. To add to the magic, the cottage also features its own private garden and ‘outdoor room’ with a huge Hot Tub, BBQ and al fresco dining area.

At Woodfarm, we don’t just tolerate dogs – we welcome them! We allow up to 3 well-behaved dogs with each booking, and each cottage is complete with dog bowls, dedicated towels and other amenities that you and your dogs may require during your stay.

Twee Gebroeders is one of our two beautiful, Historic, Dutch Barges. Sleeps 2 (+2)

Moored on the Quay by the iconic and ubiquitous Tidemill in Woodbridge, she is the perfect place for a unique, romantic getaway. She does have a twin cabin as well as a double so you could have a couple of kids tag along too.

She has an open plan saloon, which is a a seating/ dining/ kitchen area, as well as the two cabins and a shower room. She is fully insulated and has a domestic central heating system, so she’s fine for a break any time of the year

Onderneming is one of our two beautiful, Historic, Dutch Barges. Sleeps 6-8

Moored on the Quay at the iconic Snape Maltings, she offers a truly unique getaway for family or friends. She sleeps 6-8 adults across 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in one of the large saloons. She has three shower rooms too, as well as two fitted kitchens and dining areas. Fully insulated and installed with a domestic central heating system, as well as cosy log-burning stove, she is perfect for a relaxing break all year round.

Snape Maltings offers the very best in leisure and retail, with a range of independent boutique shops, a choice of three coffee shops, an amazing food hall, as well as a superb home and gardens place, not to mention the fabulous Plough & Sail dog-friendly Pub

This lovely romantic Cottage has ample parking at the front and a large garden with native hedges surrounding it providing privacy for relaxing outside in  the summer

The Granary Barn is ‘dog-friendly’ with a private, enclosed garden, as are all of our cosy cottages. We normally accept one or two dogs but we’re happy to discuss another with you. We even leave a dog treat as well as a delicious local breakfast basket for the humans!

Woodfarm House is a luxurious 500-year-old thatched dog-friendly Holiday Cottage, sleeping 2 adults. This is our flagship cottage, a real treat!

The farmhouse has a huge king-size bed, and the bathroom (also upstairs) has a gorgeous ball & claw roll-top bath.

A large farmhouse kitchen with Aga-type range cooker and a cozy farmhouse style lounge with plenty of squishy sofas and a fabulous fire-place; perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends.

There is a dog-friendly private garden and luxurious hot tub, nestled in a lovely covered outdoor garden room.
