Cycling in Suffolk: Gosbeck Route

suffolk cycling

There are some great cycling routes in Suffolk, many in Mid-Suffolk. This particular route goes literally past our door at Woodfarm, so a great place to start!

We’ve sourced this ride off Cycle-route.com, and below are further details about the route and places you can visit along your journey. It’s a 15 mile ride, either turning left or right out of Woodfarm, and is known as the Gosbeck route.

Distance: 15 miles

Duration: 1hr 25 mins

Difficulty: This cycle route has a difficulty rating of 2/10

This route takes you through some beautiful countryside, including the village of Coddenham where you can stop at the Food store for a quick break and some refreshment.

It can be busy on the A1120 being the main tourist route, and challenging with numerous undulations, but nothing severe. Anti clockwise is best for this route.
